Unit Week 36 in Condominium Parcel Letter H (a/k/a) 1048 of PLANTATION BEACH CLUB III, PHASE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422 at Page 2218, as amended in Official Records Book 1531, Page 1855, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all additional amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
