Lot 83 of unrecorded Plat of RUPERT and COLLIER SUBDIVISION, more fully described as: BEGINNING at the Southwest (SW) corner of Northwest one-quarter (NW1/4) of Section 26, Township 43 South, Range 24 East, thence run North 25 feet; thence run East 612.42 feet; thence run North 1440 feet to the P.O.B. Thence from the P.O.B. run West 203.45 feet; thence run North 80 feet; thence run East 203.51 feet; thence run South 80 feet; more or less to the P.O.B., lying and being in Lee County, Florida.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title has been filed against you regarding the above-referenced property and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Darrin R. Schutt, Esq. of Schutt Law Firm, P.A., Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 12601 New Brittany Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 on or before December 18, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
