NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-010963 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and ODDIS L. SMITH A/K/A ODDIS SMITH; ODDIS L. SMITH II; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; AQUA FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
