NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-003903-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Douglas Marcelin, Janet Marcelin, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 4, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
