YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to cancel a deed and quiet title in and to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 100, less the West 5 feet, PATRICIA ESTATES, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 54, pages 38 and 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Davis Basta Law Firm, P.A., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 31111 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684, on or before December 18, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
