Unit No. 405 of THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, together with the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 25, 2004, recorded in Official Record Book 13636, Page 969 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and Plat Book 132, Page 56.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2019
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
