NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA001392XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Dennis James Wille a/k/a Dennis Wille a/k/a Dennis James Wille, Sr., Deceased; Elite Recovery Services, Inc., a dissolved corporation; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Carrie Sue Crea f/k/a Carrie Sue McConahie f/k/a Carrie McConahie; Rachelle Dennette Bell a/k/a Rachelle Bell a/k/a Rochelle Denette Bell a/k/a Rochelle Bell f/k/a Rachelle Dennette Willie f/k/a Rochelle Denette Willie f/k/a Rachelle D. Wille; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development C/O Colleen Murphy Davis; are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00am on the 5th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
