NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 14-007060-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Darren McClellan a/k/a Darren Mc Clellan, Susan M. McClellan a/k/a Susan M. Vahle, Redington Beach Property Owner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 5, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 60, BLOCK 1, SIXTH ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 29 AND 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
