NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on October 22, 2019 in Civil Case No. 15-002166-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, INC is the Plaintiff, and REGIS V. ROBERTS A/K/A REGIS ROBERTS; SHERRY RICKEY ROBERTS; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1, ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 19, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM (FORMERLY MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT 1-C) ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 44 AND 45; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3146, PAGES 571, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
