NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-001977 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Melpo Diamantides, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Bank of America, NA, Green Dolphin Park Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Green Dolphin Commons, Inc., Stephen Diamantides as Personal Representative of the Estate of Melpo Diamantides, deceased, Stephen Diamantides, Jerry Diamantides, Roseann Diamantides, Eileen Hayes aka Ellen Hayes, Dominique Diamantides, Mari Diamantides, Christa Diamantides a minor child in care of Rosann Diamantides, Anastasia Hatjygeorge, Constance Sauter, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 5, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 3205, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5314, PAGE 1429, ET. SEQ., AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5325, PAGE 848, ET. SEQ., ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
