NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Consent Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-001203-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA CAPITAL BANK, N.A., a national banking Association, is Plaintiff, and BARKINGKAT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a THE ACADEMY OF PERFORMANCE ARTS; LUIS ALATORRE, a/k/a LUIS R. ALATORRE, an individual; MICHELLE GARCIA-ALATORRE, a/k/a MICHELLE E. GARCIA-ALATORRE , et al., are Defendants. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of January, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Consent Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit 202 of Bay Island Group No. 2, a Condominium, according to the declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3540, Page 677 of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto together with its undivided share in the common elements;
a/k/a
Unit 202 of BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 2 CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according Condominium Plat Book 10, pages 42 through 47 and to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3540, page 677, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
