NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, and entered in 17-004066-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-A1 is the Plaintiff and KEITH V. SABIEL A/K/A KEITH VAN SABIEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH V. SABIEL A/K/A KEITH VAN SABIEL; MARGARET HERNAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET HERNAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 14, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
