NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 602, Building No. 6, of VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, a Condominium, as recorded in that Declaration of Condominium shown in Official Records Book 14909, Page 1961, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 200 Country Club Drive, #602, Largo, Florida, 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
