NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 522017CA005122XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and William Karns; Unknown Spouse of William Karns; Richard J. Scheufler; Unknown Spouse of Richard J. Scheufler; Del Mar West Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 10th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 501, OF DEL MAR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15407, PAGES 1980 THROUGH 2022, TOGETHER WITH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15407, PAGES 2023 THROUGH 2026, AND AS SHOWN PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 145, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
