NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-005523-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-18N is the Plaintiff and Bruce H. To a/k/a Bruce Hoang To; Be T. Nguyen a/k/a Be Nguyen; City of Pinellas Park, Florida; Synovus Bank, a Florida banking corporation, f/k/a Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay, a Florida Corporation, successor by merger to United Bank and Trust Company, Cadlerock Joint Venture, L.P, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants,. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 11th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 1/2 OF NORTH 1/4 OF FARM 11 OF PINELLAS FARMS, IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
AND
NORTH 1/2 OF NORTH 1/2 OF NORTH 1/2 OF FARM 11 OF PINELLAS FARMS, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
