NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-015559-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-HYB2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HYB2, Plaintiff, and, GERALD P. SIGLER, JR., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of December, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 10, LESS THE NORTH 7 1/2 FEET, BLOCK 1, PONCE DE LEON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
