NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Setting Partition Sale dated October 11, 2019, and Order Canceling and Rescheduling Sale and Transferring [this action] to Civil Division dated October 31, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-4183-ES-4, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JENNY BELCHER THIELEMANN is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH D. THIELEMANN, as nominated Personal Representative for the Estate of John L. Thielemann, Deceased, and as Successor Trustee of the John L. Thielemann Trust dated August 14, 2009; CINDY LEA THIELEMANN, as nominated alternate Personal Representative for the Estate of John L. Thielemann, Deceased; JODY THOMAS LEE, a/k/a JOHN L. THIELEMANN, JR.; TAMMY THIELEMANN KING, a/k/a TAMMY KING; APRIL THIELEMANN PIPER, a/k/a APRIL PIPER; SEGE OJEDA (a/k/a Seige Ojeda); and SIERRA OJEDA, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of said Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash by online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on December 3, 2019, the following described property pursuant to said Order Setting Partition Sale and Order Canceling and Rescheduling Sale and Transferring [this action] to Civil Division, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block E, FAIRVIEW ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 54, pages 96 and 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6656 - 26th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
