NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order rescheduling sale dated November 06, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA005605AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-RP1 is the Plaintiff and Mary E. Ducre-Collins a/k/a Mary Ducre-Collins f/k/a Mary E. Collins; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Madison Equity LLC; Homeowners Choice Construction a/k/a Homeowners Choice Construction L.L.C.; Southern Pro Restoration a/k/a Southern Pro Restoration, LLC are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www. manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 11th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK B, MEADOW LAKES EAST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 107 TO 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
