NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 06, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA001217AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTY GREIG A/K/A CHRISTIANA M. GREIG A/K/A CHRISTIANA MATHIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK H, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO.3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 5 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
