YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title concerning the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Private drive tract, as per Replat of a Portion of Lake La Vista Subdivision, recorded in Plat 10, Page 61, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Parcel ID No. 6985300109
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron & Shea, PLLC, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before December 26, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
