PEOPLES A/K/A JUANITA DELYENE PEOPLES; THE RESERVE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
