LATHAM A/K/A ANDREA LATHAM; NATHAN J COMAR A/K/A NATHAN COMAR; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). STACY M. BUTTERFIELD RAMIREZ as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM, on DECEMBER 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
