NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA002948000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2006-5, TBW Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and Joseph F. Picarello, Jr.; Jean M. Picarello a/k/a Jean Sweeting Picarello a/k/a Jean Sweeting; Archi Trust LLC as Trustee for Trust # 08152016-5810; Unknown Beneficiaries of Trust #08152016-5810 ; Highland Harbor Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Landmark Mortgage & Associates, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 OF HIGHLAND HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
