Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CC-005254, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAKESHORE CLUB OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARIA EUGENIA FRANCES and XIOMARA D. PATIARROYO are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on December 11, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
LOT NO. 366, LAKESHORE CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
