NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA003913000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for RBSGC Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-A, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-A is the Plaintiff and Oregon Ave Land Trust #523, dated September 15, 2017 with Antonio G. Martin, Esq, as Trustee; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Oregon Ave Land Trust #523, dated September 15, 2017; Timothy W. Owens a/k/a Timothy W. Ownens a/k/a Timothy Owens; Unknown Spouse of Timothy W. Owens a/k/a Timothy W. Ownens a/k/a Timothy Owens; Unknown Spouse of Charles E. Deckard; City of Lakeland, Florida are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 26 FEET 8 INCHES OF LOT 19 AND ALL OF LOT 20 IN BLOCK 8 OF WESTGATE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
