NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2019-CA-000785-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and GEORGE N. FOSTER; SUMMITWOOD WORKS, LLC; COCONUT GROVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 12 day of December, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK C, COCONUT GROVE, UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
