NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of September, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001003 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and CHARLES J. THOMAS, REGIONS BANK FKA AMSOUTH BANK, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
