Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 12, 2019, in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 25, Golden Gate, Unit 2, according to Plat in Plat Book 5, Pages 65 to 77, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on December 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. ET. In accordance with Section 45.031 (2)(f), Florida Statutes, any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
