NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001493 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and William Apperson are defendant(s) et al, I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on December 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT #127, WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 09/30/1975 IN BOOK 630, PAGE 1883, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1984, MAKE: FLEETWOOD, VIN#: FLFL2AE083205528 AND VIN#: FLFL2BE083205528.
