NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003618 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TIAA, FSB, Plaintiff and Randall D. Taylor a/k/a Randall Taylor are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on December 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 295, SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 63 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
