NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in 11-2019-CA-002884-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and STACY HERSHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACY HERSHA; FAIRWAY TOWERS CLUB, BUILDING “D,” INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
