NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an Order Re-Setting Foreclosure Judicial Sale Date dated November 6, 2019, and entered in case No. 2017 CA 002275 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SIESTA ACQUISITIONS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is the Plaintiff and MELISSA DEMARCO, an unmarried individual, DIRKS LIPS, an individual, EQUITY TRUST COMPANY custodian f/b/o IRA Acct. z121936, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on December 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32 and the South 1/2 of Lot 31, Block 29, Sarasota Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 76, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
