NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002315 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ANDREA GJORDENI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA GJORDENI; THE GREENS AT FOUNTAIN LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; JORGO GJIKA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of December, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 911, BUILDING 3180, THE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED AT INSTRUMENT #2005000101868, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
