NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-005399 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and DAVID GREENHUT A/K/A DAVID G. GREENHUT; SANDRA A. GREENHUT;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of December, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 4904, UNIT 74, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111-131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
