NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-002869 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY T. MANKIN; MARTHA L. MANKIN; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUSSESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA; MICHAEL CORNELL; STONEBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF FORT MYERS, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of December, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, STONEBRIDGE SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 93 AND 94 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
