NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019 entered in Case No. 17-CA-001862 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Lisa Corbett; Velton Corbett are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the December 13, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT G, UNRECORDED DIVISION OF LOT 14, BLOCK J, HARLEM HEIGHTS, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST 80 FEET OF THE WEST 560 FEET OF THE NORTH 135 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK J, HARLEM HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
