Subject To a six (6') foot perimeter easement for utilities and/or drainage.
Subject Also, To easements, restrictions, and reservations of record and taxes subsequent to the year 1980.
Less and except the following described parcel:
Lands as described in Official Records Book: 2053, at Pages: 0267 and 0268 inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County Florida more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 25 thence S 01Ëš51'31” E along the east line of said Section 25 for 570.54 feet to the north line of Bahia Drive (100 feet); thence S 88Ëš08'29” W along said north line for 355.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 12, Block 65, Suncoast Estates (Unrecorded) and the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 88Ëš08'29” W along said north line for 225.00 feet; thence N 01Ëš51'31” W for 93.33 feet; thence N 88Ëš08'29” E for 225.00 feet to the west line of Bartholomew Drive (50 feet); thence S 01Ëš51'31” E for 93.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel contains 21,000 square feet, more or less.
Subject to a 6 foot easement for utilities and or drainage purposes lying over and across the east 6 feet and south 6 feet of the hereinabove described parcel.
