DELBONI and VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK III ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants. UNIT NO. 901, BUILDING NO. 1, OF VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2006000381747, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
