NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000843 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and FRACIDEZ ARAUZ A/K/A FRACIDEZ E. ARAUZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 29, Unit 4, Section 36, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 92, Public Records, Lee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
