NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-5854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and ALTON L. SCRIVENS A/K/A ALTON SCRIVENS A/K/A ALTON L. SCRIVEN; CLIFONIA HOLMES; ALTAMEASE HODGE; DEBORAH SCRIVENS DASH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALTON L. SCRIVENS A/K/A ALTON SCRIVENS A/K/A ALTON L. SCRIVEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLIFONIA HOLMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALTAMEASE HODGE are UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH SCRIVENS DASH, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of March, 2020, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 30, Unit 4, Section 3, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 95, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
