NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006096 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JAMES SCHICKOWSKI, Deceased; et al., are Defendant(s).
