NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-007254 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and MARLENE TORMA; MARLENE TORMA, TRUSTEE OF THE MARLENE TORMA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JANUARY 13, 2003; HIGHGATE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AQUA FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s). THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 414, OF PHASE 3, OF HIGHGATE IV CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4653, PAGE, 865, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
