NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000697 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Crystal Boardman Brewer a/k/a Crystal B. Brewer a/k/a Crystal Brewer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 20.0 FEET OF THE EAST 714.16 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1984 , MAKE: CONTAINER CENTRAL, VIN#: 3348754187A AND VIN#: 3348754187B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
