NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-000879 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-NC1, is Plaintiff and Ferdinand Barbosa a/k/a Ferdinand Barbosa, Jr.; Yesenia Barbosa; Hillsborough County, A Political Subdivision Of The State Of Florida; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For Home Loan Center, Inc. DBA Lending Tree Loans, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
