Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 6, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, PALMARIA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 31 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida
with a street address of 4007 N. Taliaferro Ave., Tampa, FL 33603, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
