NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-005455-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HOLIDAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and HELEN ADAMS A/K/A HELEN ADAMS, DECEASED, ROBERT E. LEE and ELAINE MAZZA and any and all UNKNOWN AND UNDETERMINED DEFENDANTS are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on January 10, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 619 of Holiday Village, a cooperative, as described in that certain Master Copy of Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 5707, Page 1379 through 1387, subsequently amended in O.R. Book 8924, Page 1333, and further amended in O.R. Book 8997, Page 1140, and that certain Notice of Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded on February 11, 1984, in O.R. Book 5866, Page 1961, as assigned by that certain Assignment recorded on September 15, 2014, in O.R. Book 18526, Page 1006, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a 6580 Seminole Blvd., Lot 619, Seminole, Florida 33772, TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of HOLIDAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., and including Stock Certificate #865, representing one (1) share in HOLIDAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1971 SHCU mobile home, VIN #S100334, Title #4706182, together with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than
the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
