NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-001183-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CONSTANCE A. CROWLEY AKA CONSTANCE ANN CROWLEY, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of December, 2019, the following described property:
UNIT 313, THE MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 74 THROUGH 79 INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 29 THROUGH 34 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6190, PAGES 2029 THROUGH 2116 INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6215, PAGES 1025 THROUGH 1035 INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN THE COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND FOR INGRESS/EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS & FACITILIES UPON THE LAND.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
