Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 7, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit L-11, of TOWN APARTMENTS INC., NO. 8, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 55 through 57, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2450, page 18 through 91, et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 19, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
