Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Paragraph 1 of the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Funds from the Court Registry entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 19-004387-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT 39, BLOCK 1, TARPON TRACE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 50, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2019. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
