Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment dated November 14, 2019, and entered into Civil Court Action 17-001643-CI-13 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Valerie J. Voelker, the widow of Daniel Voelker, deceased, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT C. HEFLIN and ALEXIA HEFLIN, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment which is:
Lot 8, Block 4, Park South Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5885 - 63rd Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
